Horten Brothers

One of the most common thing people say flying saucers are, are flying wings, such as the American B2. This is because if they are viewed from the front or back, these types of aircraft do look like flying saucers.

The Germans have been testing and prototyping them since 1933. It all started when the Horten brother built a flying wing style glider for Hitler Youth. Later their designs would be porotype and tested more by Germany, until the creation of the HO-229, the world’s first stealth jet. After that the Horton brothers would escape the war and live in Argentina, where they would continue to build their flying wing craft.

It is very likely that some of these flying saucers, which were spotted in South America, after the war, could be Horten’s flying wings.
